Terms and Conditions

Payment

Lessons run weekly on a NSW school term basis. In order to secure your lesson time, an upfront payment for the length of the term is required. An invoice will be issued prior to the start of term, and must be paid before your scheduled lesson. Should you wish to arrange alternative payment schedules, additional charges may apply.

Disbursement

​

All disbursements incurred by us in providing our services will be passed onto you. Disbursements include books, exam/eisteddfod registration fees, concert fees etc.

​Cancellation Policy

​

The studio has a 24hr cancellation policy. You must notify us of your absence 24hrs prior to your lesson time for the lesson to be rescheduled. Any lessons cancelled within 24hrs of your lesson time will be forfeited. In the case of medical emergencies, we require a doctor's certificate for late cancellations to be rescheduled. 

 

We allow a maximum of 2 makeup lessons per term, and all makeup lesson must be completed during the term/holidays. If we are unable to schedule you with your teacher, the makeup lessons will be scheduled with the next available teacher. Makeup lessons cannot be credited to the next term.

 

Any lessons cancelled by the teacher will be rescheduled, or credited to the following term.

Punctuality

​

Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson. Lessons that start late due to student tardiness will only be extended at the teacher's discretion.

Termination

​

You may terminate our services at any time. All outstanding payments must be made, and all remaining lessons must be completed prior to termination. No refunds will be issued.

We also reserve the right to cease providing our services at any time.
